  • What is "Building Customer Connections"?
    This is a Customer Experience Management (CEM) service that works with you to to create unique & personalized interactions with your customers using a variety of different touchpoints (i.e., text, email, mail, & social media).
  • Do I have to have a monthly subscription?
    Our communication services (text & email) and toolkits are subscription-based. Some administration and tech support features can be purchased individually.
  • Once I purchase a Customer Club or Add-on Support package for the one-time set-up fee, are there additional fees?
    No! If you have a monthly communication subscription plan, any automatic postings or additions to the Club or Support Package are rolled into your monthly subscription payment. For example, you have the Works! Monthly subscription. You purchase the Birthday Club & pay the one-time set-up fee. Each month following your Program launch, the emails are automatically emailed &/or texted to your customer list. There are no additional fees for these items, they are just rolled into your monthly subscription fee.
  • What if I'm not 'tech-savvy'?
    Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this service offers the support you need, including free or advanced ongoing sessions.
  • If I cancel, can I keep my materials?
    Any materials purchased through Monthly Subscriptions, Clubs or Support Services can be kept if they are not linked directly to the communication database. For example, you can keep your print-ready branded materials. Landing Pages, Emails, Forms, are no longer available once your account is cancelled & deactivated.
  • What does the getting started process look like?
    Because your materials are uniquely branded to you, once you sign up & register for the database, we have a 30-minute collaboration meeting to review all your new tools. A 45 minute database training is available to walk you around the database & help you schedule your first communications.
  • How long does it take to get started?
    The average onboarding period is 3-5 days. It varies based on services & scheduling.
  • Billing is on the 15th of the month. I am joining at the beginning of the month. Why do I pay the full amount to get started?
    You will have a pro-rated credit issued to you at the time of your first full months bill.
  • Can I bank or roll-over my Clubs/Support Bundles that I get Free every 3 months?
    You can select your Free Customer Club/Support Bundle only in the month that you become eligible.
  • What is 1 texting credit?
    Outgoing SMS and MMS messages are 1 credit a piece for texts up to 480 characters in length. For example. a message to 5 contacts would be 5 credits. Incoming SMS messages are free. Incoming MMS messages are 1 credit a piece.
  • Do I have to update my linktree with my new Clubs?
    There is a monthly service of $10 available that will keep your linktree updated monthly & anytime you roll out new customer clubs.
